MAGIP MISSION TO EVALUATED PROGRESS IN THE DZONGKHAG
1st to 3 Jan, 2014, the team from the IFAD mission (Market Access & Growth intensification Project) which supports six eastern Dzongkhags in rural Livelihood development programs began from Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag. On the arrival evening the group had a short consultative meeting to discuss on the issues and division of the teams for supervising each Dzongkhag for the visit.

Visit to the Dzongkhag by four Secretary of the Government
The secretary of MoAF,MoF, NLCS and GNHC visited briefly on their way back from the Pemagatshel. The on the first day the visit was made in various officers like BAFRA, Forest and Revenue and custom. On the second day the team visited Samdrupcholing Dungkhag to get glimpse of on-going projects at the field level. The visits were made to the Regional Fishery centre, on-going Agriculture mega farms site and all Geog offices in two geog.

Feedback and endorsement of the Civil Service Welfare

Government Performance Management System
The RNR Sectors and other relevant Sectors were led by Dasho Dzongdag on official visit to Jomotshangkha Drungkhag w.e.f 14th October to 20th October 2014. The purpose of the visit was to sign Government Performance Management System (GPMS) with Dasho Drungpa and Gups of 3 Gewogs under Jomotshangkha Drungkhag. Dasho Drungpa welcomed the team by making presentation on the Drungkhag Profile and more over Drungpa has presented on the key physical achievements of the Drungkhag and its financial progress.

HR Audit Report of Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag
The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) in accordance with its mandates as enshrined in the Civil Service Act of Bhutan 2010, in particular Section 19, 27(g) and 97.27 and BCSR 2012, Chapter 23, had conducted the first HR audit in the Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag covering areas of recruitment, promotion, training, EOL and HRC minuter for the period May 2011 to June 2013 as follows:
