Submission of Performance Evaluation Report, 2014-15

 

The Dzongkhag HR Section would like to request all Sector Heads to kindly coordinate and submit the Performance Evaluation forms, duly signed and completed in all aspects to the HR Section latest by 15th July, 2015. These forms will be reviewed for endorsement and submit to RCSC through CSIS. Hon'ble Dasho and Sector Heads are therefore, requested to kindly review the performance of your concerned staff/subordinate as per BCSR 2012, Performance management System and submit to the HR Section on or before the above mentioned date. Unlike previous years, six most important outputs shall be considered for rating.

 The submission of the evaluation report to RCSC is online through CSIS while has to be completed within the stipulated time. After that deadline, the HR Section will not be in a position to help with any late submission of the report. Therefore, the concerned individuals will be solely held responsible if the due promotion or any HR requirement is affected adversely due to incomplete evaluation report or non-submission. All the necessary forms are readily available on RCSC website and BCSR 2012.
