NOTIFICATION
This is to notify all the concerned civil Servants working under Dzongkhag Administration, Samdrup Jongkhar whose promotion falls due on 1st January 2010 are asked to submit the following required documents on or before 15th October 2009. Any delays in submission after deadline shall not be accepted.
Required documents:
1. Promotion form
2. Performance Evaluation Form for three years
3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (promotion) in original
4. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate (Promotion) in original
Further, all documents must be duly filled and signed where necessary, the Administration shall not be held responsible for any revoke promotion on the ground of incomplete forms being submitted.

ANNOUNCEMENT
The Dzongkhag Administration, Samdrupjongkhar is pleased to announce that the Annual Birth and Death Updation of 11 gewogs under this Dzongkhag Administration will be conducted as per the following schedule:
1 Samrang Gewog (From 26/11/2009 to 26/11/2009)
2 Pemathang Gewog (From 28/11/2009 to 30/11/2009)
3 Phuntshothang Gewog (From 2/12/2009 to 6/12/2009)
4 Martshala Gewog (From 9/12/2009 to 13/12/2009)
5 Wangphu Gewog (From 24/12/2009 to 28/12/2009)
6 Gomdar Gewog (From 31/12/2009 to 4/1/2010)
7 Orong Gewog (From 7/1/2010 to 11/1/2010)
8 Deothang Gewog (From 13/1/2010 to 16/1/2010)
9 Langchenphu Gewog (From 20/1/2010 to 23/1/2010)
10 Serthi Gewog (From 25/1/2010 to 29/1/2010)
11 Lauri Gewog (From 31/1/2010 to 4/2/2010)
Therefore, both the parents who have new born child for registration are requested to report to their respective Gewog with following documents and should produce the original documents during the time of enumeration.
1. Copy of Birth Certificate/health card of child
2. Copy of parents’ Citizenship Identity Card
3. Copy of Court Marriage Certificate
4. One Legal Stamp for each child
For further details all concerned parents are requested to contact their respective Gewog or the Dzongkhag Civil Registration and Census Office at PABX no. 251080/251191- Extn # 116 during office hours.

CORRIGENDUM
With reference to the Notice Inviting Re-Tender (NIT) for the construction of following works in the last kuensel dated 26th October 2009, the sale date is extended till 12th November 2009. The dated for submission of tender shall be on 13th November 2009 before 10am and shall be opened on the same date at 11am in the DYT Hall.
1. Construction of Administration Building at Gomdar LSS.
2. Construction of 64 Bedded Girl’s Hostel at Martshala MSS
3. Construction of Science Lab sum Library at Pemathang LSS
4. Construction of Khoyar Primary School under Gomdar Gewog
