The fourth Dzongkhag Tshogdu(DT) of the second Local Government(LG) of Samdrup Jongkhar Dzongkhag is being held on 7th of March 2018.
DT Thrizin chaired and graced the opening ceremony of the Dzongkhag Tshogdu in the presence of Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag, Ven Lam Neten, Dasho SP, Dasho Dzongrab, Dasho Drungpas, Elected members of the LG (Gups and Mangmis), Regional Heads and Dzongkhag Sector Heads. The day started off with the traditional Zhugdrel Phuensum Tshogpa and offering of Marchang ceremony.
