A special DT and coordination meeting was held at DT Hall, chaired by the Dzongdag and attended by Sector heads, Gups, Mangmis, and site engineers.
The meeting was focused on reviewing the progress of the financial year 2022-2023 and endorsing the budget proposal for the fiscal year 2023-2024 and the programs and projects for the 13th Five-Year Plan.
During the opening remarks, the Dzongdag stressed the importance of such coordination meetings to achieve the common goal of the Dzongkhag. She emphasized the three Cs as a solution to many problems.
The site engineers presented the progress report for the financial year 2022-2023. Simultaneously, the Dzongkhag planning officer presented the programs and projects for the 13th Five-Year Plan and sought comments and additional plans from the participants.
The budget proposal for the fiscal year 2023-2024 was also endorsed during the meeting. Alongside these, other significant issues were discussed and resolved.
The coordination meeting successfully ensured that Dzongkhag's plans and projects aligned with the common goal and objectives.
