Feedback and endorsement of the Civil Service Welfare

HR Audit Report of Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag


The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) in accordance with its mandates as enshrined in the Civil Service Act of Bhutan 2010, in particular Section 19, 27(g) and 97.27 and BCSR 2012, Chapter 23, had conducted the first HR audit in the Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag covering areas of recruitment, promotion, training, EOL and HRC minuter for the period May 2011 to June 2013 as follows:

Clarification on service benefits for Royal Civil Service Awards


The RCSC has been receiving several queries and letters seeking clarification on "service benefits" (increment and promotion) for Royal Civil Service Awards. 

In this regard, RCSC clarifies that sub-section on service benefits under section 22.3.3 of BCSR 2012 shall apply to the recipients of Excellent Service Award only.
