The training on the Construction Manager Software (CMS) has been successfully completed, marking an important step toward enhancing construction project management and administrative efficiency. A week-long intensive session was held for engineers from 5th May to 9th May, while Head of Procuring Agency (HoPAs) — including Dasho Dzongdags, Dzongrabs, Drungpas, Gups, and GAOs — participated in a focused one-day training on 12th May.
All engineers and HoPAs were thoroughly oriented on the features and functionalities of the CMS. The sessions ensured that every participant gained hands-on understanding of the system’s operations, enabling them to efficiently plan, monitor, and manage construction projects. The training also covered best practices in CMS usage, reporting mechanisms, and troubleshooting techniques to promote effective application across all gewogs and dzongkhags.
Moreover, valuable feedback was collected from both engineers and HoPAs during the sessions. Their insights will be instrumental in refining the system and tailoring future updates and training programs to better meet user needs. The positive engagement and collaborative spirit displayed by all participants were key to the success of this training.
